We do not sell personal information or use submitted project details for unrelated promotional purposes.

Project materials

When a project moves forward, the material handoff method and access scope are confirmed separately. Videos, scripts, brand references, terminology, and delivery instructions are used only to evaluate, produce, review, store, or deliver the agreed work.

We do not publish customer materials or use them as public examples without permission.

Sharing and service providers

Authorized service providers may process limited information for website hosting, form intake, email, file transfer, internal records, issue tracking, and production workflows. They receive only the information needed for their role.

Retention and security

Inquiry and project records are retained only as long as needed for evaluation, delivery, support, accounting, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
