These terms apply to the website and project inquiries. A written quote or agreement controls the final scope of paid work.

Website and service model
CutGist is a project inquiry and managed delivery website, not a self-service video-processing, upload, payment, or media-buying platform. Submitting a form does not create a binding project or guarantee availability.
A project begins only after scope, creative direction, delivery format, schedule, price, acceptance criteria, and other material terms are confirmed in writing.
Service scope
Standard delivery is based on a confirmed finished short drama and may include story-driven narration scripts, editing, voiceover, subtitles, multilingual versions, and adaptation for client-specified platforms. The final combination is defined in the applicable quote or project agreement.
Your materials and responsibilities
You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide, edit, translate, adapt, and distribute videos, scripts, music, images, names, trademarks, and other project materials.
You are responsible for accurate instructions, lawful content, timely feedback, and final review before publishing, distributing, or placing delivered videos.
Quotes, timelines, and changes
Website descriptions are general and do not establish a fixed price, output volume, or delivery date. Quotes depend on episode count, source duration and condition, language direction, creative scope, platform requirements, version volume, and scheduling.
Changes to source files, story direction, languages, platform requirements, or delivery volume may require a revised quote and timeline.
Quality and performance boundaries
We aim to follow the confirmed story direction, narration, voiceover, subtitle, format, and technical requirements. We do not promise 100% error-free output, advertising performance, audience response, account results, or platform approval.
Platform requirements may change, and final publication or placement decisions remain with the customer or its authorized operator.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in materials you provide. Rights in final deliverables are governed by the applicable quote or project agreement after payment of agreed fees.
CutGist retains rights in pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, and general know-how that do not contain confidential customer content.
Excluded services
Unless separately agreed in writing, new live-action production, unrelated source creation, media buying, advertising account operation, campaign optimization, and guaranteed campaign outcomes are outside the standard service.
Website availability and liability
The website may be updated, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or service changes. The date above shows the latest version. Project-specific written terms take priority if they conflict with this page.
